KEY PERSONNEL

Regis Makowski, Owner

As a third-generation carpenter, Rege started in the construction field in 2002 as an apprentice union carpenter. He quickly worked his way to Foreman, to Field Superintendent, and then Project Manager. As a natural motivator, Rege is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company.

Doug Van Haitsma, Owner

With a passion for sustainable urban development and over 25 years experience in sales, management, and real estate development, Doug assists our clients in finding creative solutions for their real estate projects. Doug has played instrumental roles in developing over $45 million in real estate in the Pittsburgh region, from single-family rehabs to large multi-family developments, utilizing complex public and private financing.
